All financial transactions on 12jollyph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and 7-Eleven cash-in, subject to availability and applicable limits.
Deposits are generally credited to your 12jollyph account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 12jollyph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 12jollyph.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 12jollyph and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 12jollyph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur; 12jollyph will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable .

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
You may close your account at any time by contacting the 12jollyph support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall limit 12jollyph's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
